Rehabilitation Center Expands with New ICU Beds

Abstract
A large rehabilitation center has expanded its ICU ward with 15 new rehabilitation beds. These beds feature extra-wide surfaces (110cm width) to accommodate patients using rehabilitation aids like arm supports. They also have a “low-height mode” (minimum height 35cm) to help patients with limited mobility get in and out of bed safely. The center stated the new beds will allow it to accept 30% more ICU rehabilitation patients each month, meeting the growing demand for specialized care.
